Key Account Manager EMEA*

Your Mission

In order to intensify existing channel partner relationships and to expand the existing network, we are looking for a professionally experienced Channel Business Manager* at our location in Karlsruhe or remotely. You want to strategically expand our channel business? Then you are exactly right with us.

  • You are responsible for our german and international top customers in the banking and insurance environment

  • You acquire new potential customers in all areas

  • You will actively work with our existing customers and carry out regular portfolio and pipeline planning

  • You design strategies to promote inactive and new customers and work closely together with our Channel Team

  • You support marketing activities and campaigns

  • You will also be an active driver to optimize our customer management processes

  • You build relationships with key stakeholders up to C-level on the customer side, develop them further and take care of regular reviews as well as joint annual planning

  • You maintain your activities in our CRM system to optimize coordination

  • You coordinate closely with our product management, support, sales and marketing teams

Your profile

  • You have five to ten years of experience in B2B and IT Software key account management 

  • You already have experience as a key account manager in the area of end-user computing or a comparable environment, also have knowledge of the SaaS area, and have built up a network of strategic customers in the banking and insurance enviroment and other areas

  • You are ambitious and persistent in pursuing your goals; you present yourself confidently and can inspire others and build close relationships

  • Your interest in creative, independent development work motivates you to bring in and implement your own suggestions

  • Your strong analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as your empathy and communication skills are among your strengths

  • You are willing to travel in order to support our partners and customers on site

  • Business fluent in English
