Your Mission
In order to intensify existing channel partner relationships and to expand the existing network, we are looking for a professionally experienced Channel Business Manager* at our location in Karlsruhe or remotely. You want to strategically expand our channel business? Then you are exactly right with us.

You are responsible for our german and international top customers in the banking and insurance environment

You acquire new potential customers in all areas

You will actively work with our existing customers and carry out regular portfolio and pipeline planning

You design strategies to promote inactive and new customers and work closely together with our Channel Team
-
You support marketing activities and campaigns
-
You will also be an active driver to optimize our customer management processes
-
You build relationships with key stakeholders up to C-level on the customer side, develop them further and take care of regular reviews as well as joint annual planning

You maintain your activities in our CRM system to optimize coordination

You coordinate closely with our product management, support, sales and marketing teams

Your profile

You have five to ten years of experience in B2B and IT Software key account management
-
You already have experience as a key account manager in the area of end-user computing or a comparable environment, also have knowledge of the SaaS area, and have built up a network of strategic customers in the banking and insurance enviroment and other areas

You are ambitious and persistent in pursuing your goals; you present yourself confidently and can inspire others and build close relationships

Your interest in creative, independent development work motivates you to bring in and implement your own suggestions

Your strong analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as your empathy and communication skills are among your strengths

You are willing to travel in order to support our partners and customers on site
